If you've been hiding in denial, you may not have noticed the notice on glitch.com, but they've announced the date for the shutdown of much of the remaining site, and it's the 25th. (Today, more or less, though I haven't seen an exact time anyplace.)

Everything interactive is going away, but the encyclopedia, the snaps, and the profiles will be there for the long haul.

If you have any last words or snaps to publish, now's the time!

I went to try on different outfits and save out multiple sprite sheets, and I just couldn't. I had finally got me figured out at Glitch, and I got all twitchy at the idea of changing my looks, even for a few minutes.

I'm hoping lots of other people have saved out multiple looks and will make them available to play with.

I had a couple of snazzy outfits for special occasions, but I looked at them for a while and decided to go into eternity wearing my daily walkabout stuff. It's, as you say, me.

Thirding the sentiment. As much as I desperately wanted ALL THE PURPLE CLOTHES when I first started playing, I had to put the sparkly band jacket and glitter pants back on. I'll drink one last pumpkin ale and moonwalk into eternity.

Ditto. Because I discovered Glitch so late, I spent most of my time in the game wearing a Glitchmas outfit, but I'm going into eternity in my favorite green shirt and sneakers.
