I think the meditation room would be better if it had icons in it from all 11 giants. Then it is even more effective as a 'recharge' station.

I agree! I'm actually actively working on accumulating icons right now, starting with those for Pot and Friendly. (They seemed most appropriate for a pub/community space.) Combination of lots of crop & herb tending & occasionally hitting the jackpot in the ancestral lands for shrine powder leads to massive super-effective musicbox donations. (Now if only Adobe Flash would allow me to get back in-game...)
